I must have like the coolest Sonic related desktop in existance..or atleast one of them. I did a little image merging for the wallpaper using Photoshop. My computer went into this change a few weeks ago. My old desktop which has easily stayed the same since about 1997/1998 featured a simple black background with a 3D pic of the classic Sonic kinda flying into the air at an angle. It also featured just the standard taskbar whether it be in Windows 98 or in XP, except in XP I used the XP style taskbar. The laptop I am using has gone though a HUGE change, and changes aren't quite complete yet, but that's basically what it will look like..still gotta get my normal PC working too, when I get my PC working I assume i'll make it look pretty much the same. I guess I just thought it was time for a change and although I will miss the old look, this design makes it to where I can't easily add new objects to the desktop, and before...i'm not kidding..I had so many icons (yes, even in 1024x768 screen resolution) that it covered every possible icon spot on the screen, and sometimes it would get so cluttered things would be going off the screen and I would have to make room for the newly added files, but as you can see I now use a simple folder on my desktop containing all my clutter. Isn't it kinda cute how my desktop matches my deviantART icon? LOL. Anyway, that's my new desktop, in this new design, it's hard NOT to stay organized. This way is more secure anyway, it gets so annoying when I let others on my computer and they browse my files, ticks me off, especially when my cousin or this one friend of mine does it because they must be the worst, It's not like they're just seeing what I got either, they get more personal than that and read text documents and chat logs, etc, but I guess I am getting a little off subject. I still haven't finished adding my programs or tweaking the rest of my stuff, but give me your comments of this design, if I were ranking on a 1-10 and 10 was the best, I would probably choose 10, so that shows you I am proud of this new design and i'm sure not many people can think of anything negetive to say, although negetive comments are welcome, funny thing is this won't only match my icon, but my site's theme too pretty soon.
